To benefit you as our valued customer, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions about candy wrapping and other information into an easy to use format!

If you, at any time, have a question that remains unanswered, we would be glad to hear from you! Simply contact us with your question!

 

How do I know my order will be fresh? TOP

We are unable to keep a large inventory of perishable items. We usually purchase our perishable items as they are ordered.

What is your refund policy? TOP

Once you approve your proof that has been emailed to you, if the order has been printed, we do not issue a refund unless there is a mistake on our part. Therefore, please check your proof very carefully before approving. A refund will not be issued until we receive the defective item.

Do I receive a proof of my order? TOP

Yes. We will email you a proof of your wrapper in either a .jpg or PDF format. Your item will not be printed until we receive an email confirming that you approve your order. A refund will not be issued until we receive the defective item.

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

Typically your order will be mailed out within one week from the time payment is processed. However, it would be appreciated if you could order 2 weeks in advance. Very large orders will of course take longer. Please allow for credit card processing and up to 10-14 days for check clearance. No printing will be done until payment has cleared.

What method of shipping will be used to mail my order? TOP

Cherished Wraps ships almost all products via USPS Priority. This way I receive Delivery Confirmation and you receive your orders within 2-3 days without paying a fortune in shipping costs.


FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OF $100.00 OR MORE
First Class Up to 100 wrappers - 3-7 Day Delivery $3.50 (includes handling)
USPS Priority  – 2-3 Day Delivery - $9.50 (includes handling)
USPS Express  – Next Day Delivery - $20.00 (includes handling)

 

We will make every effort to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. Therefore, due to temperature sensitivity and the extra weight of chocolate, we highly recommend ordering wrappers only for chocolate products. When you order wrappers only, we will include a full set of instructions on how to wrap your chocolate, plus when available, we will send you a mock 1.55 oz candy bar to show what the finished product should look like. This mock bar also makes a wonderful permanent keepsake.


We will wrap and ship any of our other items. However, you will save a great deal of money on your personalized favors if you order wrappers only.

How do I place an order? TOP

You can easily order by clicking on the image for each product. Fill out the information in the order form, choose your method of shipping and hit "recalculate" to give an estimate of your shipping charges.

What methods of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept payments by Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can pay through Paypal or enter your credit card information during check out.
 
Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared. If you pay by check, it could take as long as 14 days for your check to clear the bank. Please keep that in mind when you place your order.

Can I purchase wrappers only? TOP

Yes. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper-only prices found under each photo in the order area of your chosen wrappers.

If I order wrappers only, how do I wrap them? TOP

With all completed wrapper-only orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick.

Is the chocolate included with the wrappers? TOP

Yes, Cherished Wraps will include chocolate with the wrappers. However, due to the temperature sensitivity and extra weight of chocolate, it is highly recommended that you purchase wrappers only.  You can save a great deal of money on shipping.
